There were 251 residential, single-family homes sold during the month of April in Johnson County. The median sale price for sold homes was $199,900. This amount shows an increase from the $175,000 recorded this time last year. The median listing price was $199,990. This amount is also up from the $179,000 in April 2018.
There were 113 residential, single-family homes sold during the month of April in Greenwood. The median sale price for sold homes was $220,000. This amount shows an decrease from the $225,000 recorded this time last year. The median listing price was $224,900. This amount is also down from the $229,000 in April 2018.
What Does this Data Mean?
April began with a total of 250 single-family homes listed without an offer in Johnson County. This is up from last year’s 229. There were 141 single-family homes listed without an offer in Greenwood. This number is up from the 127 in April 2018.
There’s currently a 1.25 months supply of real estate inventory in both Johnson County and Greenwood. This number remains consistent when compared to statistics from this time last year.
