There were 264 residential, single-family homes sold during the month of October in Johnson County. This number up from the 239 sold last month and the 259 sold in October 2018.
The median sale price for homes was $198,250. This amount shows an increase from the $184,000 recorded this time last year.
The median listing price was $187,900. This amount is up from the $164,500 in October 2018.
There were 143 residential, single-family homes sold during the month of October in Greenwood. This number is showing a slight increase from the 137 sold last month, but shows drop from the 160 sold in October 2018.
The median sale price for homes was $219,000. This amount shows an increase from the $194,950 recorded this time last year.
The median listing price was $220,000. This amount is up from the $199,945 in October 2018.
What Does this Data Mean?
October began with a total of 412 single-family homes listed without an offer in Johnson County, which is down significantly from last year’s 474. There were 212 single-family homes listed without an offer in Greenwood, which is up from the 183 in October 2018.
