Westport Homes has developed 61 new home sites and is offering 11 with a walkout basement option and 5 which will accomodate lower level daylight windows. None of the homes will be vinyl sided, and homes backing up to the Silver Springs neighborhood are required to have full brick wrap. It promises to be a very nice neighborhood!
Both single and two level homes are being constructed with prices ranging from the $240’s to $360’s, and 3 car garage options are also available. How long does it take to build a new Westport home? Those without a basement can be built in as little as 5 months, while homes with a basement will be nearer to 6 months.
